Criteria Meeting
The first step in our process is to get to know you and your investment criteria.
Once we have understood and agreed your criteria, we will find you a suitable deal within 90 days.

Accepting Deals
If you choose not to accept the first then we take the opportunity to tweak your criteria by analysing with you why you have rejected it so we can make a more suitable choice for the next offering.
If we are unable to find you a suitable deal that matches the agreed criteria in 90 days we will
refund your fee.

Project Start
When the deal is found and agreed, we can begin the process of handing it to you and your team.
We also offer a fully hands-off approach for investors who don't want the hassle of the refurbishment project.
Meet the Team
Having been raised and residing in Blaenau Gwent for the entirety of our lives, we possess a profound understanding of the region.
With a 17-year background in investment and a substantial portfolio developed in the area, our expertise in property is extensive.
Our journey in property began with my father, who drew upon his three-decade career as a builder to impart invaluable knowledge.
As a youngster, I accompanied him to repair flat roofs, relishing the moments when clients would offer us tea. This early involvement laid the foundation of my lifelong association with property.
Upon our marriage in 1992, we seized the opportunity to purchase the neighboring property at a remarkable price, embarking on a comprehensive renovation project. Subsequently, we expanded our endeavours by acquiring another property on the same street, catalysing further growth.
