  • You will have the option to invest using our fully hands off service.

Investor Requirements:

Must be in a position to invest now

Our investors list is exclusively for investors who are in a position to invest in properties and actively want to build their portfolio or find a flip project.

We require an up front £1000 deposit

We require a £1000 joining deposit from all of our investors. This price will be taken off your sourcing fee when we find a project that matched your requirements.
